MARIANA BOELTER: AI automation & social media

I will contact you to understand your objectives, discuss special requirements, understand the project scope, and talk about mutually-agreeable pricing and terms. We will also execute a short-form contract that includes everything discussed. Once the contract is fully executed, you will receive a confirmed booking.

Unless otherwise specified in writing: All payments shall be made by bank wire.  After confirmed booking, you will be provided banking information.  50% is due within 2 business days of your confirmed booking and this is non-refundable.  The balance is due 2 business days in advance of the confirmed appointment date, also non-refundable.  Rescheduling fees are 20% of the total contract amount per rescheduling.  Rescheduling is based on availability.  All amounts due are in USD.  IRS Form 1099-NEC will be provided on request.

Once work is complete, I will receive digital copies of my work from you (with limited copyright release) that may be used in (and limited to) my portfolio in order to further my work. No material will be released publicly until a date that you specify.  

If you require advertisement through my social media accounts, please contact me for pricing. This service is not included in any reservation service, but I'm happy to help you further your advertising efforts with a defined "AI automation & social media" plan (see above).  

No generative artificial intelligence (AI) may be used in the production of my work unless agreed, with stipulated limitations, in writing. Further, I retain pre- and post-approval of all AI content to be produced, regardless of intended use.

Contracts exclude re-broadcast or distribution of any vocal-only production recording.  Any required vocal-only recording will be under separate negotiated contract.
